Max + Tatiana, Belle Gardens Wedding

Let me start by saying that I fully planned on keeping this blog post under 50 images. This day was so gorgeous though, that I couldn't stop at just 50. Belle Gardens was the perfect setting for this incredible couple and their sweet families to celebrate the marriage of Max and Tatiana. These two are SO in love and it showed in every part of their day! Our schedule was running close to 2 hours behind due to a tear in Tatianas dress and then a broken shoe, but nothing was going to spoil this couples day! We didn't get a lot of time to take portraits so I did steal them away for a couple of minutes at sunset to capture a few more of just the two of them. I love that they share my love for film! The tables were adorned with vintage cameras, which made for some fun photo props. This day was full of beautiful moments, the sprinkle exit down the aisle, the rose petal grand entrance into the reception, the sparker exit at the end of the night, but one of my favorites was the washing of each others feet at the ceremony. This is a symbol of serving each other and putting each other first from now on. Since a towel had been overlooked up at the alter, Tatiana used her wedding dress to dry Max's feet. Though it was an incredibly stunning day by all physical means, what was most beautiful about this wedding was clearly the unseen- the joining together of two lives so devoted to Jesus and to each other. It was a pleasure to get to document this wedding. A big thank you to Ashley Haikkila for second shooting!
